Been here for a few days never said Hello

Migrated from Mandriva to Mint and am so happy. Also part of a local linux user group. I looked at the bottom of the page 67 guests and a number of webcrawlers (no doubt people searching for Linux mint help). I think you guys should put a sticky on the front page encouraging guests to register and join the community. Everyone has experience that can be shared with the community and make it better. Also encourage them to come back and put in their two cents (or two euros for you overseas Mint-tonians :-D ) Also if you Mint wants to use by made up word fell free I declare it Free and Open Source.

Hi Chris_C, and welcome. I'm glad to see you have made yourself at home in the Forums. Don't forget we also have IRC channels that include #linuxmint-chat, #linuxmint-help, #linuxmint-debian, and #pimpmymint (a "wide-open" chat channel). Just open XChat in the Mint Menu and you'll be there.
