How do I know which update, MATE/Cinn. I should install?

In the Update Pack Info window, it tells me:

Code: Select all

If you're running MATE, install mint-meta-debian-mate after the upgrade:

apt install mint-meta-debian-mate

If you're running Cinnamon, install mint-meta-debian-cinnamon after the upgrade:

apt install mint-meta-debian-cinnamon

However, since I downloaded the ISO named Mate/Cinnamon, I'm not sure how to tell which, if any, packages I should install.
