Synapics wont show repos anymore

Hi everyone
I had this issue once before but did a reinstall and fixed it (had to do the reinstall anyhow) now it's back again
This is what it says when I try and show repos.
The repository information has changed. You have to click on the "Reload" button for your changes to take effect

reload don't work
reinstalling python don't work (for sources)
I did change repos to
just to show the repos

I do add sid but have them blocked out for now and only use them when I want to add new toys which are

I updated gimp from sid one day and this happened ever since.
I try reinstalling mint update (debian version) plus synapics nothing works.
I use synapics for all my new toy upgrades and would like it back, I can just uncomment out the repo through the terminal and then go back in and reload or update that way but it was kind of nice to do it all in synapics itself.
any suggestions to get synapics back to normal and have my repos again would be appreciated.

I did do an update and dist upgrade afterwards just to make sure, not sure why this happened but it did again any help would be appreciated.

Hi samriggs,

This has been reported here before. It is a known bug which you can read about [url=http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=707768]here[/url]. It's also in Jessie for those tracking testing.

Nothing to do but wait for an update.

Severity: grave yup makes me use the terminal now instead

No problem I can still do it, just liked using the checkboxes instead. I'll wait until debian gets it fixed.

Have been searching the last three days If I was alone with this problem... maybe search engines don't like my english and this is the first good explanation I found.
