Not having much luck on UP7 so I reinstalled UP6 however my sources.list point to the UP7 repos. What should my list look like if I want to upgrade only within UP6?
The blog say's http://mirrors.fe.up.pt/linuxmint-debian/ but that doesn't seem to work.
Thanks

Re: UP6 Repo
The update packs & the associated repositories are by design to be used as a semi-rolling release situation. If you want to stay on the UP6 level indefinitely, then you really need to repoint your installation to Debian 7 Wheezy (stable) so that you still get the normal security updates.

Re: UP6 Repo
That mirror is not at UP6, it's in the middle of syncing with other UP7 mirrors (or the blog post just doesn't get updated - 8 days passed already ).olderunner wrote:The blog say's http://mirrors.fe.up.pt/linuxmint-debian/ but that doesn't seem to work.
Its current state may be at UP6 or anywhere between UP6 and UP7, and no one knows for sure. Don't use it.
Re: UP6 Repo
Finally got my UP7 upgrade settled down so I'll stick with UP7. I reinstalled LMDE UP6 and upgraded 3 times before I got the right procedure figured out. Clonezilla here I come.
