What software sources do I need all the time (Solved)

I finally got Gnome 3 installed. All seems to be working well. I had the following software sources checked...

I had to enable these to get gnome 3, so should I keep them enabled to get updates to gnome 3 or just wait till gnome 3 hits the regular sources.

I had the top 3 checked to begin with when I installed update pack 3.

With LMDE, keep the sources.list pointed to 'latest' ... you don't need the others or default Debian repros, for now.
