I saw this on the "sleeping distro" thread
Create a local repository on the users machine. When mint package hits incoming(or even debian testing) its downloaded but not
installed until approved for latest. That way we can avoid having 600 mb of updates to be downloaded at once. Perhaps even users could see what was "in the hopper"
and choose to install it if they wanted. Mint update would check the local repository to see if the file was in the local repostitory
BEFORE attempting to download it.
