international mirrors for latest and incoming?

Are there any? I just checked a handful of mint mirrors but I couldn't find any that carried those repos too....

yeah well whenever I change that, only the main mint server adress changes - that is not where the bulk of the packages are - just trying to update a fresh install here - takes ages.....
