Make LM XFCE point at "latest"

Can I make my mint xfce netbook use the "latest" repositories yet? If so, how do I do it without a reinstall?

The above link works only for MInt-Debian version, either xfce or gnome,
just follow zerozero instruction on first page of that link.

If yours is ubuntu-based Mint-xfce, then you cannot change repos as per above link.
