LMDE 201204 64 bit kernel panic

Hi all,

I have two problems with new version of LMDE.

1) LMDE installation:
I have wanted to test new LMDE release, I downloaded linuxmint-201204-mate-cinnamon-dvd-64bit.iso and I have tried to boot live system, but kernel panic message appears.

2) Problem with cinnamon environment:
When installation on physical HW is failed, I have tried to install Mint in VirtualBox.
Installation was finished successfully, but if I select the cinnamon as default and try to login, virtual machine goes down without any message or record in VirtualBox log.

3) Is there any bug tracker where I can file this bugs?

My HW is TravelMate 5542 with AMD Athlon II X2 processor and ATI HD 4250 graphic card.
