MDM freeze when running linux-image-rt-686-pae

Hi
I installed the Mint Debian and then installed the 686 rt image. When rebooting it freezes at the MDM startup. The original 486 and 686 none rt image works.
I intend to use it as a music machine so I need the low latency kernel.
