Hello,
I would like to have a linux version on my computer next to windows 7, but unfortunately it seems a bit tough for me to do so. I have a mini notebook with 1gb ram/1Ghz so neither discs nor virtual machines will work. I've searched already quite a bit on the net but I can't really find anything on how I can simply install any linuxmint or debian version. Preferably I would want to install it through a simple install like Ubuntu 12.04 but because that OS is so terrible I removed it and hence I'm looking for a replacement.
So I now want debian and I would like to run it through dualboot next to windows 7 so when I start up my pc I can pick either of them. Unfortunately I'm pretty much lost and I can't find proper guides or tutorials about it so perhaps could explain me properly how I can do that?
Thanks,
Yottz.
