Hi all, I have seen reading online that some Linux distributions already include in the kernel ZFS support, which I did not understand my bad English, if a kernel is patched or is native ZFS support. For me it is important because it also work with the fork OpenIndiana Solaris ZFS file system.

LMDE whit FUSE patches http://zfsonlinux.org/, I do not work in my sistem

Do you know if there is already a version of kernel with ZFS?

Thank you.

did you read this article?

http://www.phoronix.com/scan.php?page=n ... &px=ODg0Ng

i would not try to install zfs as there are too many requirements on the hardware for my poor laptop to cope with not least memory has to be EEC to guarantee data protection.

good luck and keep up posted.
