Apt-get, dpkg broken! how to fix it, help!!!

Hi, I just broke badly my system... first synaptic refuse to work sending mistake about xserver common, so... i stupidly uninstall it, but that didn't solve the probleme at all, so y was unable to reinstall it, and at reboot i lost the x server. Now, apt-get does not work, and dpkg neiter...with the same error message

:insserv: starting restart_bt depends on plymouth and therefore on systeme facillity '$all' wich can not be true! (about 20 time)
update-rc.d: error: insserv rejected the script header

this isnot all, but i can't see the rest (texte mode)

LMDE on a vostro 2420 =(

Plase help! I am really stuck right now =(
tryed : dpkg --configure -a
apt-get -f install
same error message... it seem to me that the whole apt is badly broken, but the command line are working fine, is there a way to reinstall teem for a distance?

i forgot to mention, before all this started, i tryed to make an uptade, but will configuring the computer overheated ans went down, got three broken parkage that i had to uninstall.

I can access to the computer with a dual boot, if that help...
If you need any other info....O_O
