Any help would be appreciated. I have a brand new HP Envy 700 computer with 12 Gigs of RAM and a 2 TB HDD. It is running windows 8.1. I have queried the HP support and have received unsatisfactory responses since I wish to install LMDE onto this computer for a dual boot with Windows 8.1.
I have partitioned the HDD to allow 1.3 TB for LMDE.
My question is how to install Linux Mint Debian Edition on a UEFI enabled W8 PC?
