Today, I updated the firmware of my motherboard and after doing so, I couldn't boot into Linux. I got a message:
The system found unauthorized changes on the firmware.operating system or UEFI drivers.
Press [N} to run the next boot device...and so on.
Just wondering, is this typical if one changes the firmware of their motherboard that it will affect the booting of LMDE? I installed the latest update, I think it was UP8, or, whatever it is, I'm sure it's the latest.
And if it is typical, what can I do to get it running again?
Thanks.

Re: Updated firmware, unable to boot
I forgot, I had to change the Secure Boot option from Windows to Other OS (in the BIOS). I guess the default is Windows, of course, after upgrading the firmware.
