Grub stuck after installation

I've a triple boot managed by Win Xp bootloader and on the third partition have installed Lmde 201101.
It's a netbook with no DVD drive so I have formatted a USB drive with Unetbootin.
But I haven't had luck with Grub. Again.
I had tried the 201012 release and the configuring of Grub lasted forever.
This one went through all the install process but at the boot it stops when loading grub.
I just have blinking cursor, no command line available...

Is there a way to solve this problem?
