Grub disappeared

I instaled XP to my HDD last night.But now i cant see GRUB loader of my Linux Mint Debian,I have dual boot.What to do to back Grub loader.

If you already had LMDE, then you install WinXP, WinXP will overwrite MBR and wipe away grub2.
Thus LMDE is no longer bootable without Grub2.

To reinstall grub2, what you do is use Live CD of LMDE, boot the computer up ,
then use this grub2 document procedure 12.

Again problems:I run comands(from Live DVD/terminal):
Code: Select all
sudo apt-get install grub-pc

It instaled GRUB but i get some eror 11 at the end.
than i run comand:
Code: Select all
sudo upgrade-from-grub-legacy

It said cant do because upgrade is hasnt some image,something like that.Then i restart computer and again I cant see GRUB.What to do?
Please save me from reinstaling my Debian Mint :?

For me, Method 2 in the area mads links to has worked easier than Simplest method.

Writing from my Mint Debian :mrgreen: .This second stuff worked,GRUB is again seen on my comp.Thanks for help :D
