Install freezes. What the?!

Hi All,

I'm trying to install LMDE. Every time I try to install, the installation freezes about 3/4 of the way through. I have tried on 3 different computers: Dell Vostro 1510, Dell Vostro 460 and a Compaq 6200. I have also tried two different install dvds ordered at different times: LMDE 201009 and LMDE 201101. Once the freeze happens, I have waited up to 15 hours for something to happen, to no avail. What gives? Has anyone else run into this?
