xsession unable to launch x session

Hello,

I installed Linux Mint 12 LXDE today on my Samsung NC10 netbook.

When starting I get this following message:


xsession unable to launch x session


I'm running a dual boot with win 7.

Was using xubuntu till now. Had no issues so far.

Reinstalled Linux Mint 12 LXDE


Does anyone have a clue what I can do?

Am a huge fan of Linux Mint for years and using it on my other machines.

Thx 4 the link. Tried this one already.

When using the command

rm ~/.dmrc

i get the message:

no file in this folder

Any other suggestions.
