Best Backup / Synchronizing Application for LMDE

I need to backup and synchronize the files of 2 Win7 notebook and this LMDE desktop computer to a 2 hard drive RAID 1 server running (debian based) openmediavault from a USB flash drive. All computers and the printer are wired to a Linksys gigabit ethernet switch.

DirSyncPro, Lucky Backup, Unison, Conduit and Grsync can all be installed using the LMDE Package Manager.

Is anyone here using any of them (or another pre-compiled solution)? Any constructive recommendation will be appreciated.
