Banshee can't start fully, throws fatal exception

Hello all and thanks for viewing my problem. I've seen similar issues with main Mint but didn't see anything on the LMDE section about this. I've had some graphics glitches with Gnome since the update rolled out a few weeks ago but not sure if it's related. Sometimes the entire window system will disappear for a second then redraw. Sometimes when applications open windows the menu bar will have a static (white noise?) appearance for an instant. Not sure if those are related at all to this Banshee issue. I have Gnome 3.2.1 and I am running Cinnamon. I have been using Banshee without issues (mostly) since the updates. Sometimes Banshee will just close when it changes songs and this occurs fairly often but not with any regularity in the time or number of songs played. Again, could be unrelated, since I've seen this problem before the updates and even with Ubuntu on this same box. I'm NOT sharing a home directory with Ubuntu, but I do have some links to my media folders on a different home directory. The immediate issue is that Banshee is unusable now. It starts to load up and I see the window with some of the playlists and things but about the time the window appears I get the fatal exception error and all I can do is force quit Banshee to get rid of this. I've included the error message below. If I've missed any important details please let me know, I'd love to find a solution. I already tried uninstalling Banshee but I did not remove config files or do any kind of purge, just simple uninstall.
