I'm trying out kernel 3.5 from the Aptosid repository, which always seems to be first with new versions. It's functioning well so far. Like previous Aptosid kernels, it occupies a bit less hard-drive space than some other flavours, but uses a lot more memory on a freshly loaded desktop.

I didn't see anything worthwhile for me in 3.5

I compiled my own 3.4.4 kernel a while ago and just use that.

Linux trunk kernel 3.5 is now in the Experimental repository. Working well here so far.

just realized there's a "future" repo at liquorix.net (besides the main one). I was just messing around and found it, with 3.5.3 kernel in it, which is latest stable in the 3.5 line as of date according to kernel.org

Same instructions as http://liquorix.net/ for using the repo, just add "future" at the end of the line:

deb http://liquorix.net/debian sid main future

apt-get install linux-*-3.5*-liquorix-amd64
