Well, I did. and the only reference I could find for "lamp" said, "Look in backports.org first!"

Not very encouraging for what I previously thought was generally an exciting, forward-looking, distro. I mean, no encouraging support for folks who might want to experiment with hosting websites??!! :?

Edit: More bad news. Clicking on the link http://www.dotdeb.org/ leads to a Page Not Found error. :x
