For Ubuntu and Linux Mint (Mate/Cinnamon/KDE) only!!!
This makes it easier:

- open a terminal
- type the following command:
Code: Select all
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:libreoffice/ppa

- press Enter and then your password
- follow the instructions given in the terminal
- then type:
Code: Select all
sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get install libreoffice

- press Enter

This will also install the latest version of Libre Office and keeps your Libre Office up-to-date with updates.

For full Gnome support:
Code: Select all
sudo apt-get install libreoffice-gnome

For full KDE support:
Code: Select all
sudo apt-get install libreoffice-kde

Okay....You're right. Ubuntu PPA's can't be added in Debian.

Made a small change in my post
Better you make clear as well that your method is for Debian and Debian-based version only.
