i was wondering if there are any virus scan
i searched lmde repositories but i didnt find functioning one
can you help me?
i dont want to search my whole computer manualy

Make absolutely sure you've read THIS before doing anything.
If you still feel you need an AV, you have ClamAV in the repos, that one is open-source, and you have Avast and some other non open solutions on vendor sites.

P.S.
One has to wonder just how would you manually search your whole computer for viruses...
