packaging-tutorial (debian)

I installed the packaging-tutorial from Software Manager. Now that it is installed, how to I open it? I clicked on Menu and tried searching for it, but cannot find it anywhere.

Packaging tutorial is just a pdf file, not an application. You will find it here:

/usr/share/doc/packaging-tutorial/packaging-tutorial.pdf
