Help installing cairo dock please..

Hello all,

I searched everywhere, but can't seem to find anybody else having this issue. I'm trying to install in the mint-debian edition, but when I try to do this, it wants to uninstall nemo and other packages, the complete ouput below

I had no problem installing cairo dock using the regular or (mint-ubuntu) edition. Not sure what is going on?? If anybody can help me out, it would be greatly appreciated.

I am assuming that you are running Cinnamon.

Have you tried putting a hold on the cinnamon meta package see this http://askubuntu.com/questions/18654/ho ... ic-package?

5 upgraded, 58 newly installed, 5 to remove and 1033 not upgraded.

A common mistake: trying to install anything in LMDE without fully upgrading the system first.
Read this thread before updating (because you're using Cinnamon), read also the Update Pack release notes, upgrade your system and come back.
