Antidote 8 and Kernel 3.11

Postby FDF on Mon Jan 27, 2014 10:57 pm

Hi,

I have a problem with Antidote 8 and Kernel 3.11.

Until recently I was using Kernel 2.6 because of hardware incompatibilities.
But I can now use the more recent 3.11.

However, since, I can't use Antidote8. It crash. On the same computer and OS (LMDE) if booting with kernel 2.6, it works.

Here is the data:
Code: Select all
ZZZ@desktop:~$ Antidote8
/usr/local/bin/Antidote8 : ligne 37 :  6778 Erreur de segmentation  LD_LIBRARY_PATH=${SELF_DIR}/lib:${LIB_PATH}:${LD_LIBRARY_PATH} HOME=${HOME} "${SELF_DIR}/${SELF_BIN}" "$@"

If someone has an idea… it would be nice.

Thanks for your time.

Here is a solution found on another forum (Debian). I add the link directly here.
It is in French, but as Antidote is 8 a software for french speaking persons, that shouldn't be a problem.
