Hi,
Since yesterday, at the MDM login screen I enter my password and then I get a popup with the following entry (I took the following from syslog):

syslog:Apr 17 16:36:10 MyMachine mdm[3391]: WARNING: session_child_run: No Exec line in the session file: XXXXXXX. Running the GNOME failsafe session instead

Description: MDM Display Manager
MDM stands for MDM Display Manager (not Mint Display Manager and not MATE Display Manager) :)
.
It provides your system with a nice login screen which is easy to use, to configure and to theme.

Anyone come across this before?

Thanks

Linux Mint is funded by ads and donations.
