SOLVED: Google Chrome App Launcher

Has anyone been able to get the Google Chrome App Launcher (http://chrome-app-launcher.en.softonic.com/) to work on LMDE?

I have it working on LM17.1.

SOLVED: I ended up going to chrome://flags and ensured Chrome App Launcher was enabled and then searched for the shortcut on LMDE and then pinned it to my panel.
