can't get thunderbird lightning add-on in french

Hi everyone,

I'm new to the forum. LMDE is really great, thanks to all who did the job.
I just meet one problem : thunderbird is in french, but when I install lightning calendar add-on, it's in english.
Strangely, when I use the same ~/.thunderbird directory with ubuntu or pclinuxos, lightning is in french. So it seems that the problem does not come from lightning itself but from something else on my LMDE install. But I can't find out what.
