[Solved]Opera 11.52 on LMDE

Hi to every one,
with reference to Clem's blog, have installed Opera 11.52.1100..without problems, got mail downloaded from server but...
unable to open and read same..got message that an error has occurred.
anyone else did experience same problem ??

I don't see any error message in this screenshot. The message at the top asks if you want to translate this page from English to Italian. I don't consider that an error message.

yes, that is the Clem's blog from where I downloaded Opera.
I'll post the error I get from Opera in a while.

sorry, this is what I get from Opera when attempting to open the mail.
the yellow strip says:
this message is incomplete but can be downloaded at next mail check.........................download the entire message
I close Opera, reopen the mail box, but the result is always the same
???

Perhaps you should ask this at the Opera Forum - do you have Windows at hand to test if the issue is limited to Mint or Mints 11.52 version?

on windows hp have Opera 11.52 installed and mail opens w/out problems.

Composition fonts and styles

You can change the default font in the compose window in fonts preferences. You can also send rich text messages include inline images, styled text, links and/or custom HTML. To enable rich text composition as the default:
Go to Mail and Chat Accounts and select the account.
Click "Edit".
Select the Outgoing tab.
Check "Prefer HTML formatting".

HTML messages may contain markup that fetches data from the Internet. For example, spammers may send you a unique image to help them identify your email address, and therefore external images in HTML mail are blocked. To unblock external images, uncheck the menu item View > Display > Block External Elements. For security reasons, JavaScript in HTML mail is always disabled.
