How To get default panel (SOLVD)

Question: How can I get my default panel back that I accidently deleted....I meant to move it to the top of my screen.
I added a new panel, but when I minimize windows, they just disappear into the bottom corner of my screen and I can't get them back......any suggestions....all are greatly appreciated....thanks in advance...cheers

Add the window list applet to the panel.
