MINT LMDE 201204: wifi 4965AGN constant disconnect

Hi,

I was long time happy user of MINT LMDE (XFCE). Now, the new version for both XFCE and CINNAMON/MATE editions has a strange bug: WiFi finds my WiFi network, connects to it and immediately disconnects. Windows and old Linux versions work fine on the very same hardware. The similar feature, just with not so frequent disconnect observed on Fedora beta, some sporadic disconnects - with Ubuntu 12.04. I have WiFi Link 4965AGN (an embedded 802.11a/b/g/n¹ PCIe* Mini Card adapter card). Is it related to upstream problems?
