Have to disconnect then connect bluetooth dongle at startup

Hello everyone!

I'm using LMDE 201204 and MATE.
I am using a usb bluetooth dongle to use a bluetooth mouse (Lenovo ThinkPad mouse).
If the dongle is already connected at startup I have to disconnect then connect it for the mouse to work, if I don't do this the bluetooth icon displays that bluetooth is on but it doesn't detect the mouse (or any other device).

Any idea what could I do?
