<SOLVED> Printer problems....again :(

Hi everyone,

Just an FYI, I have recently ran the upgrade of my LMDE and Canon MP240 printer driver is no longer working

When I first installed LMDE, Canon MP240 printer driver worked out of the box on this 64-bit machine. And I was happy about it because I no longer had to struggle with making 3rd party Canon driver work with 64-bit architecture.

However, latest upgrade has broken something so I can longer use Canon MP240 driver.

Any recommendations?

Great news!

I tried removing and re-installing current Canon MP240 and this procedure worked!

My printer is printing again and I didn't have to download the driver from Canon's website

Thank you again LMDE team for making this driver available from the drivers list and make it easy to work with it from printer menu
