A real challenge, LMDE 64 bit 4Gb RAM detected

Hi all;
I return again to the fray with something I do not like is that my LMDE does not recognize my 4GB of RAM.
Whit command down verification the system is 64 bits.
For me the problem is the bios motherboard, read this note of manual the motherboard:
GA-945P-S3
Intel®CoreTM2 Extreme / CoreTM2 Duo Intel®Pentium®D / Pentium®
4 LGA775 Processor Motherboard
Link manual motherboard: ftp://download.gigabyte.ru/manual/motherboard_manual_ga-945p_s3_e.pdf
The version bios is the ultimate official. ¿ It's possible upgrade bios unofficial ?

My motherboard:Due to standard PC architecture, a certain amount of memory is reserved for system usage
and therefore the actual memory size is less than the stated amount. For example, 4 GB of
memory size will instead be shown as 3.xx GB memory during system startup.
