I have an Asus 1015PN running Xubuntu at the moment but I want to switch over to LMDE Xfce Edition but my netbook has graphics switching between the Ion GPU and the Intel GPU. In Ubuntu they have a couple scripts that allow you to switch back and forth between them but that involves using a PPA. I want to make the switch but i can't find anything on how to set up a graphics switching with Debian. Could I get away with using just that PPA since its only a couple scripts? If not does anyone know how I can set up the graphics switching in Debian? Thanks in advance for your help! :)

If they're shell scripts I don't see immediately why they would cause a problem. I'd give it a try.
