vaio Fn (brightness) keys doesn't work

After installing nvidia driver 208 fn (brightness) keys doesnt work anymore. I tried another drivers but its same. if i uninstall nvidia driver im able to use fn keys.

this is my system;

You should tell us which nvidia drivers you tried. There were some versions not working pretty good.

For the best result with your system you can try the sgfxi script. It will offer you the newest working nvidia driver.

and think it's yours. There you wrote, if you delete the nvidia driver the fn key works. Does it mean, if you use the
nouveau driver it works? If so, what is your real problem?

Yes its mine. Yes if i use nouveau its work. Nouveau and nvidia its the same ?? Or what the diffrence i have nvidia card and i think i should able to use it. but if they all the same its ok.

Der nouveau Treiber ist der freie Treiber für Nvidia Karten:

Dieser Treiber für den X.Org-X-Server (siehe xserver-xorg für eine
genauere Beschreibung) unterstützt die Karten der Serien NVIDIA Riva, TNT,
GeForce und Quadro.

Dieses Paket unterstützt 2D, einschließlich EXA-Beschleunigung, Xv und
RandR. 3D-Funktionalität wird durch das Paket libgl1-mesa-dri bereitgestellt.

Dieses Paket wurde aus dem Treiber xf86-video-nouveau von FreeDesktop.org
gebaut.


Du hast versucht proprietäre Treiber, also nicht open source Treiber zu installieren. Die du versucht hast, haben nicht
funktioniert. Warum weiss ich nicht. Wenn du es nocheinmal probieren willst, installiere dir wie ich oben schrieb das
sgfxi script. Damit bekommst du den neuesten proprietären Treiber. Das ist momentan die version 290.10-1.
