ata2 SRST failer (errno 16)

Hy, recently got one HDD. Now, if a computer has been turned off, for the first time you turn PC on, the GRUB starts normally and when apperance a text "Loading, please wait ..!", error, who referred to in the title, appear at the bottom of the text. After the restart button is pressed, everything starts as usual, and the Mint starts without a problem. BIOS recognizes the hard drive at all times. How to fix?
