Connection drops on wpa2 enterprise networks with RTL8191SE

Hi,

I running LMDE on a Thinkpad T510.
The Wireless chip is RTL8191SEvB.

Wireless works great most of the time. However every time I connect to the eduroam network at my universty (wpa2 enterprise network) the connection breaks after a view minutes. Afterwards I am unable to connect to any wireless networks until I restart the system.

Any suggestions? :)

I am having the same problem. Strange, I appear to associate, then authenticate, but then it times out. I can connect to open/shared, simple WEP, but not WPA2/enterprise. Any clue as to what's going on here? Here's my dmesg output:

*Edit - Let me add that I'm running an Intel wireless card. I've seen some bugs reported in Ubuntu 12.04 regarding openssl & libssl. Could this have something to do with it?

Greetings,

Here is a link to the wpa2/enterprise issue on ubuntu 12.04. The fix is to downgrade openssl and libssl.

https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+sour ... bug/969343

I'm going to give it a try.
