Wifi sometime bugs upon boot and asks password

Sometime upon starting comp from cold and loging in mint, network manager will ask for password for root access and then wifi. Problem is that it does know the password (it is pre-filled) and even if I enter it again it will just keep asking it again and again. The only way I've found is to reboot the comp completely, then the wifi works again, without changing anything.

I suspect some kind of racing condition between network and some other component, any idea?
