[Solved] Can't connect to other routers after first
I'm having a problem enabling connections to other wifi routers after connecting successfully to the first one at home. The nm-applet asks for sudo password at the start, but then it doesn't connect, and the icon remains at disconnected. Did something go wrong with the user permissions, or is there something else that's the problem?

This happened to me too when i was running Mint 14 MATE. I don't know why, it might just be a bug, but it went away after a while. Did it keep asking for the password even though you entered it correctly?

It does, but not immediately, only after a while. This is on lmde not the regular mint.

Oh. Well I'm still pretty new myself, so I can't help you really

It was a bonehead move on my part. gnome-keyring was removed along with a bunch of other stuff in the process of cutting it down to an xfce only system. Had to re-install gnome-keyring, seahorse.
