LMDE + NetworkManager intermittent connection outage

I'm having a strange problem where wireless will connect work fine for a few hours and then drop the network and be unable to connect until I boot into the other OS I have on my laptop. Cellphone, osx laptop all report no problems with the network. I reboot, it still won't connect, reboot into Windows 7 that I have dual installed, it connects fine. Then rebooting into LMDE wireless connects w/o problem. Here's the output of my mintwifi:
