Problems connecting to Android Bluetooth

Hi,
Does any one know how to connect From LMDE-Mate to android, and browse files in it??
This for me is the most important feature...
The mate-bluetooth doesn't work...I mean...a can connect and i can send files...but I CANT Browse my Android...!!
The support in LMDE is UGLY when we talk about Bluetooth stuff...
