LMDE audo made a weird loop for 1 second

Hi, i'm using Debian Edition 64bits and i have a problem with the sound. Audio card

My problem is weird, it's sound fine but sometimes it's do a loop, for example if someone is talking it sound something like that
"I, my name is Jhon and and and I use linux" insted of "I, my name is Jhon and I use linux". This bug (what i don't know the name) is present with vlc, banshee, rhymbox, with radio online and mp3s, I've remove (and purge) pulseaudio and the problem still.

any help?
