[solved] mplayer - mpeg2 TS playback flickering

Hi there,
It used to work, but after several updates I have a "flickering" problem when playing a mpeg2 transport stream in mplayer.

The flickering disappears when i apply some video filter (for instance -vf pp=fd)
The problem occurs both for interlaced and progressive content. (only for mpeg2)
Both for the mplayer in the official repository and mplayer compiled by myself.
Any clues?
