There is a subtle difference between LMDE and Mint 10 that I need help with.
In Mint 10 if I view a video at stagevu.com, when the video has completely loaded I have the option to save it to my HDD.
In LMDE the option is shaded out and I'm not able to save, this is also the case in Ubuntu.
Anyone know what I need to do to enable this option?

Re: Video Save Disabled
My answer does not directly help you solving the grayed out option problem.
If you are using iceweasel/firefox, install the downloadhelper extension. It is an excellent piece of software which helps you save most of the videos on the net to the directory ~/dwhelper.

Thanks anmys, that works to accomplish the same outcome.
If anyone knows why LMDE save option is grayed out and Mint 10 isn't, I would still like to know.
Ubuntu grays out the option also.
At this point it is just a point of curiosity.
