[debian testing repo] Pulseaudio refuse to work

Hello,

I'm new on this forum and I'm really fed up because I got a problem with pulseaudio since one month and I definitely find no way to solve it.

I explain my case. I've install LMDE on my computer one month ago and I decided to completely switch on Debian Testing by changing the repository to Debian Testing and doing a dist-upgrade (because I read somewhere that LMDE was 100% compatible with Debian). Everything working except pulseaudio. In the gnome-shell panel when I click sound settings in the output the list is empty.

When I try to launch pavucontrol I got an error "connection failed".
When I try to run the command start-pulseaudio-x11 I got : "E: [pulseaudio] main.c: Daemon startup failed."

I have try to purge pulseaudio & reinstall also removing all config files without any success.
