Heads-up: latest HandBrake and target file size

The latest version of the excellent HandBrake video transcoder (0.9.6-0.0) has just hit the repositories.
This post is just a heads-up to users that the "target size" option for transcoded video files has been removed in this version. So if, like me, you value that option, you may wish to stick with the previous version (0.9.5-0.10).
